If your trying to quit and need more help or encouragement, try using the links provided that will lead you to webpages with more information about cancers, reasons to quit and help to stop smoking.

There are also visual charts and pictures to help reference and provide a better understanding on how smoking can affect your body. This information can be compared to E-Cigarette liquids to determine the level of nicotine in the bottle vs what you are already smoking in your cigarette.
